Our warranty covers all new e-bike manufacturing defects for 2-year from the date of purchase. If it meets the maintenance standards, we will repair your electric bike and bear all related parts, costs, and labor costs. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.

Free Shipping

We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.

30-Day Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.

If the product affects the normal use of the bike within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.

Duotts does not cover the customer's return shipping cost.

This bike is simply great. It's the perfect companion for hiking and excursions! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable, you won't find anything better in this price category. Based on my personal experience, I recommend the hydraulic brakes. if I had any questions, I always got an answer from the support within 24 hours, so that's fine. I can only recommend the duotts!

Estou Amando a C29

Eu comprei a C29 e estou muito feliz, eu já estou com quase 2000km rodados e a unica coisa que fiz só foram manutenções matinaias, mais nada, ela anda bem, pelomenos 40km ela faz sem problemas, eu comprei ela em Dezembro e agora (Final de Maio) Está em perfeitas Condições, Bicicleta Perfeita.

Great Experience with Duotts C29

I’ve ridden my Duotts C29 for over 4000 km, and it has been excellent. No major issues at all — everything runs smoothly and reliably. On the rare occasions when something did break, the support team was very kind and quickly sent me a replacement part. I’m very satisfied with this bike and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid e-bike.

Fast delivery, solid build

I’m very happy with my Duotts (C29). Assembly was straightforward, packaging was secure, and delivery was fast. On the road, the assist engages smoothly and climbs feel effortless. The battery gives me plenty of range for a full day of errands and deliveries, and the disc brakes inspire confidence in busy traffic. The frame feels sturdy, the rack is practical, and the overall ride is comfortable on uneven city streets. Customer support answered my questions quickly as well. Excellent shopping experience & brutal performance!

I ordered the Duotts S26 electric bike along with several accessories, and I’m happy to confirm that everything was delivered in full.

My order included:

Standard battery (included and delivered together with the bike)

Samsung 48V 20Ah spare battery (took a bit longer, but arrived in perfect condition)

Camel travel bag

Blue helmet (size L)

Shock-absorbing phone mount

The packages arrived in multiple shipments, but everything was complete and undamaged.

Now about the bike itself:
In the first 6 days, I’ve already ridden over 200 km, combining off-road trails and urban riding in downtown Budapest.
This bike delivers brutal performance – it easily outpaces mopeds, and in pedal-assist mode the wheel spins out effortlessly with serious torque.
I’m genuinely impressed by its power, acceleration, and overall dynamics. It’s a beast both on city roads and rougher terrain.

In short: I’m fully satisfied.

Dopo 2300 km il motore è morto

Dopo 5 mesi di vita e 2300km percorsi la centralina è il motore Hanno smesso di funzionare , ma l'assistenza è stata gentilissima ,vrisposto quasi immediatamente, disponibili a capire il problema è nel risolvere in tempi brevi, grazie mille siete stati davvero bravi
