Our warranty covers all new e-bike manufacturing defects for 2-year from the date of purchase. If it meets the maintenance standards, we will repair your electric bike and bear all related parts, costs, and labor costs. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.
Free Shipping
We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.
30-Day Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.
If the product affects the normal use of the bike within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.
Duotts does not cover the customer's return shipping cost.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Articolo arrivato entro i tempi previsti, privo di difetti visibili importanti, a parte il coperchio della leva sinistra del cambio un po' ballerina e qualche piccolo segno sui cerchi dovuto probabilmente al montaggio. L'elettronica funziona bene ed il motore spinge forte. Il telaio forgiato è uno spettacolo da vedere e le sospensioni funzionano a dovere. Ad oggi percorsi circa 120 km su sterrati e nessuno problema. L'unica cosa da segnalare è che manca la luce posteriore
The bike is ok, I loosened the central shock absorber a little because it was too stiff and now if I ride on roads with small bumps I feel that everything is reflected on the rear wheel, a bit annoying overall ok.
Nagyon jó bringa, a 195cm és 130 kg omhoz is megfelel. Erős váz és bafang motor. Az aksi sokáig bírja. Minden terepen elmegy. Kérdés esetén az ügyfélszolgálat hamar válaszol és segítőkészek. Teljesen elégedett vagyok.
I love this bike. Excellent quality and performance at a very low cost. The E29 exatly matches all my requirements. The assistance is incredible and It allows to reach any place. Very high stability and breaking power. The autonomy is beyond my expectation and even if the weight is consinsten It can be used with the electrical power off...not uphill.
As negative aspect I would say that there is not the possibility to connect the e-bike to the Duotts application. It may be a limitation for any potential software update but sincerely speaking this bike is perfect as it is. Thank you!

First of all , i have to mention how fast the bike was delivered to me. I ordered 08/03/26 and 13/03/26 was delivered in Germany.
So far the bike is great, spectacular, strong and good quality of parts .
It can be easily unlocked from 25 to 40km.
My only concern is that the rear brake is not stopping well , i believe i will sort it out with some adjustments.
The Duotts E29 is an electric e-mtb designed for those looking for versatility, comfort, and solid performance both in the city and on rural roads and light trails.
It stands out for its motor (Bafang), battery, hydraulic brakes (Shimano), front and rear suspension (DNM), and a full TFT display. The 27-inch wheels provide better stability, smoother rolling, and greater comfort on uneven terrain.
I consider it to offer one of the best value for money in its segment.

’ve been riding Duotts bikes for a while, and I absolutely love them, they’ve never let me down! The E29 really surprised me. Since it has a single motor and is fully EU-legal, I was expecting a less exciting ride and lower specs. However, it packs a punch and still comes with all of Duotts’ great components and a beautiful paint job. Highly recommended!
