Tuve un problema con un radio de la rueda delantera, ni siquiera lo reclamé porque pude repararlo yo mismo. Sin embargo al hacer la reseña sobre la bicicleta lo indiqué y ellos mismos me contactaron pidiendo más información. Tras esto me enviaron sin coste no uno sino cuatro radios de repuesto.

I buy this bike about three weeks ago. The shipping was very fast. It takes 3 day to arrived in Hungary. The assembly was quick and easy.
And the bicycle… I am sorry for the wasted time I spent without them. It is so much fun to drive even if the weather is cold. I use it to go work, and I can get there in the same time as by car.
I can’t wait for summer to come and ride it in beautiful places.

My opinion this bicycle quality is really brilliant everything is like it should be an even more at the moment is only a couple of months how I use in these bicycle but I'm still already surprised about this quality and how good they are of course I buy with the last price what was what is now available but still bicycle bicycles are very very nice this company bikes are very good

Ho ricevuto la bici nei tempi previsti. L'assistenza clienti è stata molto attenta e veloce a rispondere alle mie domande sia per la spedizione che per il merito della bici. Il pacco è arrivato in ottime condizioni e imballato adeguatamente. Il montaggio è stato relativamente facile e intuitivo, ci sono video ufficiali che spiegano passo passo cosa fare. Devo ancora testare le prestazioni perché il clima non lo consente ma tutto funziona molto bene. Se c'è ne fosse una più piccola da donna con le stesse caratteristiche ne comprerei un' altra, spero in futuro ci siano più taglie disponibili. Grazie a Duotts e allo staff che mi ha seguito sin dall' inizio.

Comprata di recente provata assolutamente comoda per me che ho problemi alle ginocchia utilissima per l’assistenza elettrica ovviamente affidabile. L’assistenza duotts ottima mi ha seguito passo passo in tutta la procedura per ricevere la bicicletta e quando c’è stato un piccolissimo problema col corriere mi ha aiutato a risolverlo, inviandomi pure un regalo per il disguido assolutamente positivo grazie Duotts
