Our warranty covers all new e-bike manufacturing defects for 2-year from the date of purchase. If it meets the maintenance standards, we will repair your electric bike and bear all related parts, costs, and labor costs. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.
Free Shipping
We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.
30-Day Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return. If the product affects the normal use of the bike within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts. Duotts does not cover the customer's return shipping cost.

I love the bike. Looks good, the battery is powerful ans lasts long. Only dissapointed with tyres, they keep getting flat and are not easy to diassemble and assemble again.
Great bike, though!
Quand la Duotts F20 m’est apparu devant les yeux, j’ai su que c’était le vélo électrique que j’allais acheter. Ces pneus, ces rétroviseurs, son cadre, enfin, tout le vélo est magnifique.
Bref, mais il y a eu un petit problème, quand j’ai voulu l’acheter il y en avait plus. Donc j’ai dû attendre presque trois mois pour qu’ils remettent le stock à jour. Même après plusieurs mails envoyés il n’ont pas su me donner une date exacte de l’attente, bref…
Heureusement que j’ai attendu, et que je n’est pas acheté un autre vélo juste parce que il n’y avait pas celui que je voulais.
Le colis est arriver assez rapidement, un peut près 10-15 jours. Mais là encore j’ai eu quelques petits problèmes. En commençant par les supports des rétroviseurs, ils n’étaient pas dans le colis. La boîte où venait les rétroviseurs était ouverte et les rétroviseurs étaient éparpillés dans le colis, celui-ci qui avait trois trous par les quelles les support des rétroviseurs aurait pu s’échapper.
Ensuite, après tout le montage j’ai les freins fesait beaucoup de bruit, je suis donc aller chez un mécanicien de vélo qui m’as régler les freins vu qu’il était complètement déréglé.
J’ai déjà bientôt fait 300km avec et même avec les petits problèmes que j’ai eu je suis très content d’avoir acheter ce vélo magnifique, il a une très bonne autonomie et je le recommanderais à tout le monde qui voudrais l’acheter.

Fonctionne parfaitement bien, dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de notice en français, le chargeur n'est pas ventilé il chauffe beaucoup je trouve, j’aurai préféré une couronne de 52 dents pour un meilleur pédalage, fourche avant qui tape en buté très souvent c’c'est dommage, sinon content de ma motovélo il à fier allure.
Application sympa qui communique avec le display en Bluetooth.
Ça a l'air vraiment génial, ça ressemble plus à une moto qu'à un vélo. Le rétroviseur était également dans la boîte. Tout est parfait. La livraison a été très rapide, je l'ai reçu en une semaine.

Le seul bémol, c'est pour la batterie qui n'est pas facile à transporter, ça aurait été bien soit d'avoir un système de poignée ou alors si ce n'est pas possible un sac de transport.
Mais sinon rien à dire je suis super content de mon achat. ^^.

It is great bike ,pure electric range for me was 55km with 80-90 km weight, but during installation I had problems with thurtle , they sent the new one 😊
This e-bike is easily one of the top choices in its price range, and it's definitely one of the most stylish options out there. Also, it's worthy to note that you can rely on the throttle alone, even on very steep uphill roads. F20 has exceeded my expectations and delivery was also very quick.
Moc modelu F20 naprawdę mnie zaskoczyła. Nawet na stromych podjazdach radzi sobie bez wysiłku, a przyspieszanie jest bardzo płynne, co daje poczucie bezpieczeństwa i pewności podczas jazdy. Ta moc naprawdę zrobiła na mnie wrażenie!
Ta rower ma świetny stosunek jakości do ceny, silnik o wysokiej wydajności, osiągający 750W. Przyspieszenie jest niesamowite, a duży moment obrotowy sprawia, że wspinaczka jest bardzo łatwa. Polecam F20!

Che potenza! Questa bici è davvero straordinaria… Peso 85 kg e sono alto 1,85 m, è super comoda e ha una potenza impressionante; bisogna fare attenzione a non superare i limiti di velocità! Ahah!
Ce vélo est vraiment impressionnant, il dépasse largement mes attentes, la qualité est exceptionnelle, c'est un produit haut de gamme. Les photos ne montrent pas à quel point la moto est de qualité, le F20 atteint l'excellence.
Le moteur de 750W offre une puissance impressionnante, et la capacité de la batterie est généreuse, permettant une autonomie de 65 km en mode électrique pur et de 130 km en mode assisté. La qualité générale est excellente, et je suis très satisfait de cet achat.
Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto, la E-bike e molto robusta ma leggera e molto sicura, tiene benissimo la strada e il motore è molto performante.
La batteria la ricarico ogni 4/5 giorni e devo dire che i suoi 120 km li fa tutti con la pedalata assistita.
E poi è originalissima con il suo design.
