If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.

We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.
If the product affects the normal use of the bike within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.

I am extremely impressed with this e-bike. The build quality is outstanding, and every component feels durable and well-made. Très satisfait de mon Duotts C29 Max ! Le vélo est vraiment beau, robuste et de très bonne qualité. Le montage est simple et rapide. Une fois sur la route, il est puissant, performant et agréable à conduire. Il offre un excellent confort et de très bonnes sensations. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix, je recommande sans hésiter !
I bought a Duotts c29 max e-bike. I am very satisfied. I am 96 kg and 196 cm therefore I replaced the handlebar extension and seat tube with a 35 cm long Zoom spring tube and also changed the disc brakes with a Magura Storm Hc 180 mm. The bike is flawless, it needs good chain lubrication. I recommend the Muc-off e-bike dry lube type for it! I only ride it on bike paths on asphalt. I recommend the SunRace MFM30 7CS threaded freewheel, 7s, 13-28T.
I have already replaced this with a kmc E8 chain on my girlfriend's Duotts c29 max e-bike. It is more durable and wears slower! The bike holds up well, I mainly use it between 3-5 assist levels, my longest distance was 63 km, the battery was between 20-40%.
So I can probably get 100 km out of it with my 96 kg weight. Therefore, it is worth the money, it has a very good price/value ratio and is very comfortable. The telescope's damping is also good.
I decided to wait until I had ridden about 500 km before writing a review, so I could give a more informed and objective opinion. After this time, I can say that I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
I mainly plan to use this bike for touring, and it meets my expectations well for that purpose. Assembly is fairly straightforward overall, although the instructions could be clearer and more detailed, especially for someone who isn’t used to building a bike.
In terms of comfort, the saddle is a bit firm for my taste, but that’s quite subjective. I made a few adjustments to the cockpit and installed a suspension seatpost, which significantly improved overall comfort and made the bike better suited to my riding style.
One of the standout points for me is the battery range, which is excellent. I can easily exceed 100 km on a single charge, which is a big advantage for longer rides and touring.
From a mechanical standpoint, I haven’t encountered any particular issues so far. I would just recommend making sure the front wheel quick release is properly tightened to avoid any misalignment under braking, and to check that the stem is securely tightened on the fork to prevent any play.
Overall, it’s a reliable and enjoyable bike that fits my intended use well. I hope it will be a great travel companion for many years to come.

Nálam szerelem első látásra volt. Nagyon tetszik a váz robosztussága, és formája.
Ebben az árban már hidraulikus tárcsaféket, és nyomatékszenzoros pedálokat kapunk. az erős motor remekül képes mozgatni a közel 30KG-os kerékpárt.
Remek a váz mérete, és geometriája, utálom az MTB stílusú kerékpárokat, mert a testtartás nagyon kényelmetlen számomra Itt viszont ezt egyáltalán nem érzem kényelmetlennek, valahogy a váz geometriát nagyon jól sikerült eltalálni.
Maximálisan ajánlom ezt a terméket.
Apróbb negatívumként azt tudnám felhozni, hogy az akkumulátor hajlamos leverni a festéket a váz alsó részén, Én ezt megoldottam, hogy az akku peremére textil szalagot ragasztottam, hogy ne ütődjön a vázhoz. Javaslom a gyártónak is valami hasonló megoldás alkalmazását. Illetve a Bluetooth alkalmazás kicsit feleslegesnek érződik, mert kb az ég világon semmi beállítási lehetőség nincs benne. Illetve a töltöttség visszajelzés is csak 20%-os lépcsőkben történik.
Impressive power and great value - Very happy with my C29Max!
I recently purchased the DUOTTS C29Max and I am very impressed with the overall performance and build quality. The bike is powerful, comfortable to ride, and offers fantastic value for the price.
Customer service (thanks to Amy!) has been very responsive and helpful with my initial questions regarding the setup.
A few minor suggestions for future improvements:
- Adding standard mounting holes for water bottles or locks on the frame would be a great addition.
- The rubber seals for the cable routing could have a tighter fit.
- The display is a bit dim in direct sunlight, but it functions well.
Overall, it's a great electric bike and I highly recommend it! 5 stars!
Hola, primero de todo decir que el paquete llegó dentro de los días hábiles indicados y en buen estado. La bicicleta va muy bien protegida dentro de la caja. En cuanto al montaje es relativamente sencillo e intuitivo aunque trabajoso, ya que a mi me gusta que quede todo perfecto estéticamente y a mi gusto. No estaría demás que trajera un manual más completo y detallado. La bicicleta es muy bonita una vez montada y parece muy bien construida y robusta. Mido 1,78m y la verdad es que la talla de la bicicleta es muy cómoda para mi, incluido el asiento también muy cómodo. Todos los componentes funcionan muy bien (acelerador, luz delantera y trasera con luz de freno, cargador móvil). La horquilla y el cambio son básicos pero cumplen con su cometido. A mi me hubiera gustado que la horquilla fuera un poco más suave, ya que peso poco, aunque lleve el botón PRELOAD para ajustar un poco la suavidad y la dureza, no se nota mucho al ser una horquilla de muelle. Lo que me ha gustado mucho son los frenos hidráulicos, tienen un tacto suave y con potente frenada. Está muy bien el porta equipajes, los guardabarros y la funda del móvil sobretodo, es muy práctico poder ver el móvil montado en la bicicleta, la APP funciona muy bien en el móvil. La bomba de aire es sencilla, es más bien para sacarte de un apuro, no para utilizarla siempre. Además de todos los accesorios y herramientas que vienen en la caja también había un timbre, aunque sencillo pero que funciona bien y suena bastante fuerte. Puse a cargar la batería y tardó unas 8 horas y media tal como pone en las instrucciones. La pantalla del display se ve muy bien y es de fácil manejo. Hoy después de haber probado la bicicleta en un recinto cerrado para constatar que todo funcionara bien, he hecho mi primera salida al aire libre, he ido al monte y la verdad que es una pasada, podrías hacer muchos km sin bajar de la bici. El sensor de par funciona muy bien en los 5 niveles, al empezar a pedalear se nota como empuja y ayuda el motor. He probado en caminos con pendientes considerables y sube muy bien la bicicleta con apenas haciendo fuerza pedaleando, es la ostia. Estoy muy contento de haberme comprado la bicicleta, la volvería a comprar con los ojos cerrados. También comentar que he sido muy bien atendido por Atención al cliente por parte de Miya y Amy. Ahora a esperar que dure mucho tiempo la bici.
I recently bought the Duotts C29 Max electric bicycle, and overall I’m very happy with it.
First of all, the bike looks great. The black design with blue accents gives it a really tough, sporty appearance. It feels solid and well-built, and once you’re riding, it truly drives like a dream. I’ve set the speed to 45 km/h, and the performance is smooth, powerful, and very enjoyable.
There were a few minor issues, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The main one was the headlight mounting. The screw that was provided was too small, so I couldn’t properly attach the headlight together with the mudguard in the designated spot. Because of that, I decided not to use the original headlight. Luckily, I had a wireless headlight from my previous bike, which I installed instead (as shown in the picture).
Another small issue was with the right brake (rear wheel), which wasn’t working properly. I contacted customer service, and after some back and forth they confirmed they would send me a replacement part. I’m currently still waiting for that, but the communication itself was handled correctly.
Overall, these are minor problems and don’t take away from how good the bike is to ride. If everything had worked perfectly out of the box, it would easily have been a 5-star bike. Despite the small issues, I’m very satisfied with the performance, looks, and riding experience of the Duotts C29 Max.
велосипед задуман хороший, универсальный, но не доработан:
1. короткие щитки не защищают спину и аккумулятор от грязи - доработал брызговики сам.
2. для тяжёлого велосипеда нужны роторы 180 мм, а не 160
3. подседельный штырь очень короткий - 300 мм.Для моего роста 185 см пришлось докупать новый 400 мм.Рама сделана так, что штырь шатается в ней даже при сильной затяжке)
4. вилка уже со следами коррозии
The bike arrived properly packed and highly protected.
Assembly wasn't difficult but it took some time because instructions were minimal.
It need some more description in some passages.

Good packaging, easy to assemble (without any experience, after 3-4 YouTube videos), first 30 kms were very enjoyable. Need to visit a mechanic -while the snow melts in my country- to properly adjust the brakes (on the front the disk sometimes touches the pads, should be easy to align for a pro) and check the transmission (it doesn’t really take even gears smoothly). Anyway, for this price it is a bargain!
The package came but there were no instructions how to assemble it. And the foam was so nicely placed that it made me make some scratches on the bike while trying to remove it. Now I am stuck at one point with a screw that cannot be removed but will contact customer service.
