How do I get the free gift?
Buy a promotional bike and you will get a free Christmas gift box. The Christmas gift box includes: battery, camel bag, helmet, bike lock, gloves, towel, thermos cup, waterproof bag, eco-friendly bag, brake pads, scarf, hat, double points.
Can I specify the gifts in the Christmas gift box?
The accessories in each gift box will be randomly selected by the system and you cannot choose the accessories.
When will I receive my free accessories?
Your bike will be shipped first, with the accessories arriving separately after delivery of the bike.
Can promotional electric bicycles be returned or exchanged?
Electric bicycles purchased during the Christmas event are entitled to statutory warranty and after-sales service. Please note that the free accessories in the Christmas gift box cannot be returned or exchanged, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The number of accessories is limited, first come first served, while stocks last!
