Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in UK, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.
