Our warranty covers all new e-bike manufacturing defects for 2-year from the date of purchase. If it meets the maintenance standards, we will repair your electric bike and bear all related parts, costs and labor costs. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.
We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in the UK, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.
If the product affects the normal use of the bike within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.
Duotts does not cover the customer's return shipping cost.

I chose this bike after some careful research for something budget friendly that would have the ability to commute, and also take on some adventure. It's truly a great bike, and I'm very happy with it. The hydraulic brakes are a big plus. The customer service is excellent. I would deffinately recommend the Duotts C29L.
This is my first e-bike and it’s just as functional as it looks. The hydraulic brakes make the C29L feel much safer, especially when riding at higher speeds. However, I noticed that many reviews mention concerns about the C29L replacement battery. People say the replacement is a weaker 10S battery, even though they expected it to be as good as the original. Based on those reviews, it seems Duotts could improve its quality control and ensure replacement batteries meet the same standards as the originals. Overall, the Duotts C29L is a great e-bike for the price, and I’m very happy with its performance.

Excellent bike, solid built, fast and reliable. The only downside is the battery. Autonomy is less than 20 miles and needs charging and also the charger heats up way too much so I'd recommend buying a better, faster charger.

Im at 1100 miles on my c29 now i use it all the time to get me out and about exploring to beat the boredom and depression. Still running strong just the usual brake ware and adjustments needed and had a battery problem but the duotts team replaced it for me instantly and were very helpful

I love this bike. It is my first e-bike and it does everything i want it to do. I am 5 foot 8inches and the size is ideal. It does not feel heavy at all, and have the 21 gears gives me the confidence that's it a regular bike underneath. The look of the bike is excellent and the colour is perfect. Delivery was quick and the support using email is excellent also. Overall i would recommend this bike to anyone.

I’ve been riding the Duotts C29 e-bike for almost one year , and I can confidently say it’s one of the best electric bikes in its class. The build quality is solid and stylish, with a comfortable frame that feels premium and durable. The motor is powerful and smooth — it gives just the right boost when climbing hills or accelerating on straight roads. Battery life is impressive; I easily get long rides without worrying about recharging frequently. The suspension absorbs bumps well, and the disc brakes are super responsive, giving me complete control and safety
The bicycle operates flawlessly, with the electric assist maintaining full charge over a 10-kilometre ride. Customer service provided exceptionally thorough guidance. I personally fitted the rear pannier, side basket, and replaced the mudguards. The five-speed gearing is very fast, and the overall experience has been excellent.
Assembly is relatively straightforward and can be completed smoothly by following the video guide. After nearly two weeks of use, cycling in second gear feels remarkably effortless and is also very energy-efficient.

This is a fantastic bike, great sitting position and comfortable seat. The motor makes it easy to get around and up the local hills where I live. Even after 1000 miles the bike just keeps going without any issues.

After watching many YouTube videos, I decided to purchase one, for my travels to work. I am so glad I did! Great bike for the money. The bike arrived really quickly, assembled in approximately one hour and once the battery was fully charged, I put 100 miles on the bike within three days! All expectations met! Upon opening the box, I noticed a small crack on light/horn mechanism and got in contact with Duotts. Amy @ Duotts replied swiftly and arranged an replacement. So aftersales is excellent too!
I really impressed by the built quality according to this price range. The overall experience is very good. It's very comfortable while driving no problem in it overall all. I love this bike.

I love the bike as it has allowed me to get back to cycling in the Welsh mountains without fear of hills or running out of battery. I have been riding it for 3 weeks and all the rides have been over 50km with typically 700 metres of climb. On one ride of nearly 60km and 1100 metres of climb, I nearly ran out of battery which should give an idea of battery range. I do work hard but 'hard' is a relative term as I'm approaching 80 with a dicky heart. I bought a second battery with the bike as can be seen on the photo so I don't have to worry about range. You don't need a second battery if you will be riding less than 50km. With the second battery, I would expect to get about 110km on a hilly ride and about 140 km otherwise to give buyers some idea of range on paved road. I have only done about 50 km off road so can't really advise on that other than it was OK. The power assist is unusual as each level gives the same power but takes you to a different speed. The 65 Nm of power is always available and more than adequate. I have the UK spec with a maximum of 25 kph (15mph) and on long rides I simply set it to maximum level 5. In town the level needs to be set lower as it can shoot forward when you turn the pedal to whatever speed is set. I use level 2 or 3 in town. It is exactly the same motor as the non EU/UK spec. I tried it off the public road without the speed limiter and it was too fast for me, reaching 50 kpm very quickly. The bike arrived well packed and took about an hour to set up. One tip is to have the box flat on the ground and pull the bike out sideways. It is too heavy to lift straight up. I looked at lots of bikes with a similar range (750 Kwhr battery) but they tended to be over £2500 and some up to £5000 and second battery wasn't available. At the price, these are unbeatable. Note: I paid for the bike in full and have only submitted a long review as I hope it helps others decide. I am seriously considering buying another for my wife.
There's no way to lock the controller when parked, the front forks have no dampeners, they go all the way down when braking as soon as setting off. The inner tubes were cheap and flimsy, I had them replaced the Schwalbe tubes and velox rim tape. The hydraulic brakes are the cheapest they could find, they are not equipped to handle the speed and weight of the bike once unlocked and are a safety hazard, should have come with Shimano mt200 calipers installed out of the box. The controller is not visible under direct sunlight, the display is very dim. Other than that the battery life and range is great and the motor has very good torque.

Great piece of kit , love it.
Ive only used it a couple of times but very impressed up to now. Brakes are rubbing but should be an easy fix. The bike arrived after a couple of days and the bike was well boxed and wrapped so no chance of any damage in transit. Straightforward to build, looks great and well worth the money.
Great bike. Easy to assemble and perfect for the road. The only small issue was that you couldn't deliver to the Isle of Wight, so I had to have it delivered to a friend's house.
