Our warranty covers all new e-bike manufacturing defects for 2-year from the date of purchase. If it meets the maintenance standards, we will repair your electric bike and bear all related parts, costs, and labor costs. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.
We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.
If the product affects the normal use of the bike within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.
Duotts does not cover the customer's return shipping cost.

Bought mine in August 2025,with near 4000km and the only work I had to do was the brakes,which I would expect.its a fabulous bike and the dual system is fabulous travelling up hill.the only down side is how much dearer it was last year.but as for the bike 9/10,

Monster power e-Bike! It's incredible, how easy I can come back home with it, even if I live very high in the mountains. I was afraid, that it wouldn't get it, but it climbs up with 35 km/hour where I couldn't get up with my old one. Almost too much power! Love it! ❤️

I love this bike
The bike feels well built and was easy to assemble. It was shipped in time and very well packaged. The manual could have been more detailed, but there is a video guide as well, which is very useful. My only wish is that the pedals would give more resistance, i.e a higher gear.

First 100 km, everything is fine👌🏼 Usually ~25-30 kmh at public roads, 40-45 kmh when not so public... top speed 50-55 kmh. Pedaling without battery quite heave, but doable.

Très content du vélo. La livraison s'est déroulée dans les temps et sans problème. Juste dommage que la selle ne soit pas celle vue dans les tests. Celle-ci est plate, sans amortisseurs et assez inconfortable (contrairement à celle du test).

This dual motor bike is simply amazing, the acceleration with the dual motor is an incredible experience. The front drive can be switched off, so the range can be increased, the thick and wide tires are suitable for all terrain conditions, and I am also satisfied with the brakes. This is my second Duotts bike, the first one is a c29 model, which I also love. I think I have become a Duotts fanatic 😊

I bought two of these products and I am completely satisfied with the quality, beauty and comfort of this electric bike. The battery works well. After 60 km of road travel (of course, using 90% of a single motor) and pedaling, the battery still had 40% charge. The motors work well and are strong (using two motors on the hills will surprise you). The support team is very responsive and will help you if you have any problems with transportation or other issues. Overall, everything was great. I will have to use it for a long time in terms of longevity to understand how it is, but in this short time it has been great ✌️✌️✌️

Purchased the F26, great bike. The delivery was fast. Everything works amazingly well. It has a lot of power when needed. The bike style is nice as well. I really enjoy every mile with it. Drove 100 miles in 2 days, liked it too much, felt like christmas! I defenitely recommand. Thanks!!

A very good bike used to make some works travel. Test on offroad enjoy all your ride cession. Very stable and reactive bike. That's to be confirm after a longest used
I got the f26 model two months ago and I am really happy.One problem that could be fixed by an update is that the five modes are all the tome full throttle and it burns too much battery and the 4inch tyres olso burn too much battery if it was a 3inch it would be better

Delivery of my Duotts F26 was very fast, about a week. Assembling the bike was no issue at all. I am very pleased with the quality of the bike and it is seriously good fun to ride. I am extremely happy either way my purchase. The only very minor adjustment I had to make was with the rear derailleur. It was very slightly out of adjustment when I put the bike together meaning the gears clicked when riding the bike and I couldn’t select all gears. But two minutes on YouTube showed me what to adjust and in less than 30 seconds it was perfect.

this is how I would like to say that after 2 months and 200 kilometers, the bike is very good in terms of power and engine but not everything is so ideal, the brakes don't squeak well and are of very poor quality, it's best to replace them with better ones from amazon as for the problem I encountered, the very poor quality of the plastic from the battery lock broke after 100 kilometers but I reported the problem to duots and they sent me a replacement plastic because the bike is under warranty all in all, it's a very good bike for the money, I have to complain about the bad brakes and the bad quality of the plastic with everything else, I'm satisfied so far, it's a strong bike, even when it's limited to 25 per hour, with two motors it can take you up any hill without pedaling battery autonomy is very good, pure electric mode with 1 motor, about 50 km, with pedaling you can do about 100 all in all it's a cheap bike and you can't expect much from it in terms of quality everything for now i'll give it a 5 whenever i had problems duots solved them i can't say anything against them I will come back again in the future to give a review, it all depends on how the bike will turn out in the coming months, for now I am very satisfied, thank you duotts and please work a little on better plastic and brakes and you will have a perfect bike

I have had this bike for a week and I have to say that it's great, it's really fast, has a big battery, it's really good at offroading and it has a massive front light. Believe it or not the suspension is pretty good and it's overall just a great bike for the price

For this price, it's a great option. Pros: 1. Great value for money/quality/performance 2. Easy to unlock speed 3. Very good acceleration 4. Good package (luggage rack, screen, phone holder, multi-tool, headlight) 5. Good quality tire 6. Good packaging and easy assembly 7. Good design 8. Fat bike. Cons: 1. The weight is a little more than I would like and there is really room to save, but in return, good durability and 150 kg max load. 2. The original pedals are slippery. I immediately replaced them with pedals from an old regular bike. 3. No turn signals and no offer to buy additional ones on the website. 4. No holes for bolts to attach a bottle. 5. The suspension could be better 6. The rear light is not bright and flimsy + makes sounds of knocking on plastic (I will replace it with another one) 7. Very expensive additional batteries I would like to see expanded options for the purchase 1. Additional battery 2. Turn signals 3. Other seats (more sporty) 4. Other front lights

Je suis agricultrice ,mon mari et moi avons chacun ce vélo,,on part voir nos récoltes, on arrive a rouler dans nos parcelles, s'est vraiment agréable , sans parler les week-ends sortis vélo c'est un vrai bonheur, et le 2ème moteur est très pratique pour les montés très costaud . Et le designe parfait la batterie est dans le cadre 👍

J’ai eu beau chercher pendant pas mal de temps ce vélo à un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. C’est du pur plaisir autant à le regarder qu’à le piloter. J’étais ravi de découvrir au déballage qu’il avait bénéficié des dernières mises à jour (nouveau Display, feu arrière avec feu stop, nouveau phare, batterie 20Ah) par rapport aux vidéos Youtube que j’ai pu regarder. L’éclairage de nuit et vraiment top, le freinage est plus que correcte, le passage des vitesses ce fait en un clin d’œil, la puissance et juste folle. Je l’utilise pour aller au travail et pour des ballades en foret. Seul petit regret, ne pas l’avoir commander avec la tige de suspension de selle, les CHAOYANG font très bien le taf mais dans les chemins bien défoncer ça secoue un peu quand même. Je suis retourné en enfance, je n’arrive plus à le lâcher. Bravo à toute l’équipe DUOTTS.
