If it meets the maintenance standards, we will repair your electric bike and bear all related parts, costs and labor costs. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.

The C29 offers three riding modes: regular cycling, pedal-assist, and pure electric. With a 15AH battery, it supports pedal-assist mode for 80-100 km and pure electric mode for 50-60 km. Its headlights illuminate the way forward, while its lightweight all-aluminum shock-absorbing front fork ensures a safer and more comfortable ride.

Amazing E-bike

I'm really impressed by everything - the customer service & delivery were excellent. The bike is great quality, and everything works right out of the box. The E-bike itself is an absolute beast with a powerful motor and large battery. Very fun top ride. For this price, you won't find a better E-bike.

Quick delivery. nice bike. Quick release seat stem lock nut broke had to turn it the other way round to make it work. The thread went on it. Quick bike. Would be better if mode 1 is relatively low power up to mode five which is high-power. Unfortunately it is only restricted by speed and not power. Check all nuts as some were a little loose before riding.
