How do I check my points balance?
You can log into your account and check your points balance by clicking on the 'Rewards' tab in the bottom right hand corner.
How to earn Duotts points?
There are more than ten ways to earn Duotts Points. You earn 1 Duotts Point for every €1 spent, and you can also earn points by sharing links to our website and following our social channels. The best way to earn points is to publicly post videos and photos on various social media channels and tag the official DUOTTS account.
Videos and photos posted publicly on social media channels will be retained for 15 days before redeeming points by contacting rebecca@duotts.com.
How long does it take for Duotts Points to arrive in my account?
Duotts Points will take a short time to reach your account, even when automatically added. In any case where manual points are awarded, we aim to do so within a week.
How do I redeem my Duotts points?
Redeem your points in the “Reward” section at the bottom right corner of the page to generate your own discount code that can be used when placing an order.

What is the referral process to receive the 5,000 bonus points?
- Get your unique referral link and share it with friends. Only valid purchases made through your referral link will unlock the 5,000 bonus points.
- Purchases made through your referral link must include at least one e-bike to be valid.
- Points are only valid for valid purchases that are not refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Can I buy accessories with the points redemption offer?
Sorry, we don't support the use of Points Redemption discounts for purchasing accessories at this time.
Can Points Redemption offers be stacked with other offers?
No, but you can earn more points to redeem more benefits!
Why didn't I receive 5,000 points after my friend's purchase?
Duotts Points will be issued 30 days after the referral places an order. If you have not received the points by then, please contact us: rebecca@duotts.com.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can redeem at checkout?
Maximum 10,000 points per transaction, equivalent to €100.
Do Duotts points expire?
Additional points are valid for 6 months from the date of award.
Why didn't I receive points after I entered my birthday?
You must enter your birthdate at least 30 days before your birthday to receive reward.
