A: No, gifts will be shipped separately after the order is completed.
Q2: Can I still get the gift or enter the lucky draw if I cancel my order?
A: No. If the order is canceled or refunded, all gifts, lucky draw entries, and discounts will be voided.
Q3: How many times can I join the promotion?
A: Each user can participate once per promotion.
Q4: What happens if the gifts run out?
A: Gifts are limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis. If out of stock, an item of equal value may be substituted.
