If it meets the maintenance standards, we will repair your electric bike and bear all related parts, costs, and labor costs. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.

We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.
If the product affects the normal use of the bike within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.

The bike is powerful, well-built, and arrived quickly. At 70 years old, it's a great tool for staying active! However, I'm giving 4 stars because the 'Lite' display is very disappointing. It doesn't show ODO or Trip distance, which are essential for maintenance and tracking. I am currently in contact with support to get the upgraded M5 display that should have been included. Once the display issue is resolved, it will be a 5-star experience!

Overall it's perfect ride in the city . Some parts are very perfect and good quality made . But some are cheap like screws holder. Lights acceleration ,running ,riding are better the. My expectations. The seat should be more soft so it's more comfortable for the rider . Rest in 590 euro it's very fantastic and superb bicycle . Delivery service is very very poorly it's takes 15 days around. And even they did not replied the msgs and not answering the calls . So make sure order it 15 days before you need .
I’ve been using this bike for a week now and it has been excellent. The ride is smooth, comfortable, and very reliable for daily use. I’m still using the original battery it came with, which really shows the quality and durability — the battery life is impressive and holds up very well.
The bike rides perfectly and feels solid on the road. Definitely worth the 9-day wait for delivery.
Customer service and delivery were also excellent. Everything arrived complete, nothing was missing, and they even included a phone holder, which was a nice extra touch.

One screw on the front would not come loose. I had to flex it off and replace it. Also the rear mudguard got deformed during transfer, but it does not bother me that much. Overall great value for the price.
Everything was fine with the bike, and it arrived within the announced delivery timeframe. However, the brake discs came slightly bent, so I had to take them in for repair.
Where can I buy a new front sprocket for my bike? The current one took a small hit and bent. The chains keep falling out of place. Is there a stronger sprocket for this as the current one is quite thin and bends easily?
Once the saddle is in the right position and the tires are inflated correctly it is amazing to ride. It took me 70km to reduce the charge to 4/5 with my ~110-120kg weight (me and backpack which sometimes weighs more). My routes are flat though, but it's crazy to see the endurance of this machine. I only use it on lvl3 assist (25km/h limited speed) and I enjoy it a lot. Few kicks on the pedal and I'm straight at 25km/h. The push is not laggy, once the breaks are aligned it stops quite well. The integrated lights are a dream with the brake light. A long tap to turn it on or off is great.
The downside for me is the extremely wide handlebars and narrow grips on them. Adult grips usually measure around 130-140mm and this is 110mm. It is so uncomfortable and I've been using it for around a month now and I can't get used to it. Luckily grips are cheap and if the width is still too much, pipe cutters exist.
I only wish they would offer a slightly more expensive model with puncture proof tyres and ergonomic grips.
