2-Year Warranty
Our warranty covers all new e-bike manufacturing defects for 2-year from the date of purchase. If it meets the maintenance standards, we will repair your electric bike and bear all related parts, costs, and labor costs. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.
Free Shipping
We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.
30-Day Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.
If the product affects the normal use of the bike within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.
Duotts does not cover the customer's return shipping cost.

Its headlights illuminate the way forward, while its lightweight all-aluminum shock-absorbing front fork ensures a safer and more comfortable ride.

C29Pro's control panel features Shimano 21-speed gears, front and rear disc brakes, an electric half-handle throttle, a headlight switch, a horn button, a mobile phone charging port，and a 5-speed multifunction display. Which bike size should I choose?
Your ideal bike size depends on both your height and your preferred riding position. If you prefer a more compact and agile feel, a smaller size may be more suitable. What if I’m between two sizes?

Does my height determine the right bike size?
Not necessarily. People with the same height can have different body proportions. Leg length, torso length, and arm length can all affect your ideal riding position. If you have particularly long legs, a different size from the standard height recommendation may provide a more comfortable fit. J’ai acheté un vélo électrique sur Internet et, dans l’ensemble, le vélo est très bien. Cependant, j’ai reçu deux batteries et l’une d’elles est défectueuse.
Cette batterie a fonctionné pendant seulement trois jours. Maintenant, lorsque j'allume le vélo, le voyant s'allume, mais le vélo ne fonctionne pas.

The Duotts C29 is an absolute beast! The 750W motor gives incredible acceleration, handles steep hills easily, and reaches a fantastic top speed. The 29-inch wheels provide a very smooth ride on all surfaces, and the battery life is great. Unbeatable value for money—highly recommended!
I noticed some features are downgraded at c29L compared with c29.

All in all, good bike but above are casting the shadow of the doubt
Very happy with the C29L. I have put around 230 km on it in 2 weeks. A inconspicuous, fast bike, perfect for the countryside here, where the public transport is quite bad and expensive. The front suspension is adjustable and lockable. Very good for some light off roading.
My experience with the customer service was excellent. Friendly and helpful. They're a serious company who keep their promises. Hopefully my next purchase will be the S26 dual drive, once the legislation in my country will be a bit better. I really love this environmentally friendly "new" mode of transport. I save gas money, get exercise, and get to really enjoy the beautiful countryside around here this summer.
