Our warranty covers all new e-bike manufacturing defects for 2-year from the date of purchase. If it meets the maintenance standards, we will repair your electric bike and bear all related parts, costs, and labor costs. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.
Free Shipping
We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.
30-Day Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return. If the product affects the normal use of the bike within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts. Duotts does not cover the customer's return shipping cost.

Very good experience but only for few days.
Unluckly my bike was stolen after 15 days of use!!!
Overall, the quality/price ratio is still very good. I deducted one star for the front fork, which I don't think is very high quality. Otherwise, it's really not bad. The tires grip well even in the snow, and the motor power allows me to climb a 25% hill quite easily, although the battery does fluctuate a bit when you demand a lot of power.
But otherwise, no complaints—it's a good bike.
We'll see how it holds up over time.
J'ai été plutôt séduit par l'apparence du F26 et la conception intégrée de sa batterie, qui offre une excellente protection. Cependant, le F26 était en rupture de stock à ce moment-là, et le service client m'a rapidement informé qu'ils avaient lancé le nouveau F26 Lite. Je l'ai acheté sans hésiter. Je viens de recevoir le véhicule, et il est vraiment splendide. Le moteur unique est parfaitement adapté à mes besoins, et j'en suis pleinement satisfait. Je me demande si je suis le premier utilisateur à recevoir le F26 Lite.

Un consiglio nel libretto di istruzioni sarebbe meglio e bello sapere come gestire tutti i p-setting e come montare e smontare o regolare le pastiglie dei freni..

¡La F26lite vale muchísimo la pena! Llevé a un amigo a dar un paseo en bicicleta de montaña este fin de semana. Fue increíblemente estable en caminos de grava, pendientes pronunciadas e incluso en algunos caminos de tierra resbaladizos. ¡Sin duda la usaré unas cuantas veces más mientras aún haga buen tiempo!
