Fast and efficient delivery the delivery guys could of smiled and happy about doing there job but other than that delivery was spot on informed all the way and keept updated by the duotts team and tracking so would recommend to people

First of all, I would like to praise Duotts for packaging and shipping, which were at the level of the world's largest companies. The next praise goes to Duotts for the quality of the welds on the bike. For everything else, I have no complaints, but no praise, because I don't have a bike for a long time, time will tell. Well packaged, easy to assemble, nice to ride, battery lasts over 70km (after 70km riding it has 4/5 on the indicator) for my ~110-120kg weight (me and my backpack).
