If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.

We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return. If the product affects the normal use of the bike within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts. And... if I had to describe it in one word, it would be: fantastic.
It's sturdy, stable, with excellent finishes, very safe, and has excellent torque... not to mention that it's beautiful!
It has been my partner for the last few months and the trips I have taken on it have been long and delightful...

That's why my third e-bike will be... Duotts!
Have only use it a week now for about 50km. Battery seems to hold very well. Everything works smooth , gears, pedals, throttle etc. It is really powerfull once unlocked. The whole construction looks very good but keep in mind that its on the heavy side. Consider it more like a motorcycle rather than a bike even if the seating position is very good and you can actually peddle like a normal bike. Hope motors and battery will work for a long time with no problem!
Très bonne qualité, surpuissant, un vrai plaisir à piloter, la batterie a une très bonne autonomie je suis entièrement satisfait. Je recommande Duotts, très bon suivi du colis livré comme prévu.
Bon vélo, dommage que la suspension arrière ne soit pas réglable. Depuis que je l'ai reçu je reçois des publicités du même vélo avec 2 moteurs de 1000 watts. Quand j'ai commandé le mien il n'y avait que 2 x 750 watts !!! C'est la version internationale donc 55 km/h (programmé sur P8 a 67) ai je la possibilité de le debrider svp ? Merci.
I wrote to Amy 4 days ago and she still hasn't replied.I haven't received it yet Cycling Pack N26(Free gifts with E-bike purchase,includes mudguards,rear rack . I also informed them about a card cancellation issue and requested that the refund I'm owed for another order be transferred to a different card, and they still haven't contacted me.
Great bike, have not much km yet because of the rain. Some software problems from the beginning, excellent and very fast customer service help. Insufficient Manual, many missing informations, no instruction howe to start - entrance code input, the way how does it work in some modes etc. Unnecessary annoying questions to the customer support. The bike is very good looking, seems to be the higest quality to.

I have not used the bycykle yet. But I looked forward to do it. I have unpacked the bycykle and built it after the best of circumstances.
I have being notised that the electric loading isn´t fore the Swedish system, even if I woork with the adapter you bring with the bycykle.
We bought two N26 in a very reasonable price. After 1 week they arrived. We needed just an hour to assemble them and we tried them in the snow ❄️
It was amazing,was much fun. Unfortunately the weather conditions are not allowed us to ride them for big rides. But they seem solid. I'll return after couple of rides for an update.
Absolut tolles Fahrrad.
Ich bin schon einige E-Bikes gefahren, aber dieses Gefühl auf dem Duotts N26 ist wie Magie.
Es hat richtig Power und zieht alle Blicke auf sich.
Die Lieferung nach Deutschland ging auch schnell. Am 31. Oktober 2025 bestellt und am 04. November wurde es geliefert. Es kommt super verpackt an, da wackelt im Karton nichts hin und her.
Der Zusammenbau dauerte gemütliche 45 Minuten und war einfach.
Ich habe für meine Bedürfnisse einen breiteren Lenker (800mm), andere Griffe, einen einstellbaren Dämpfer für hinten montiert und etwas Carbinfolie an einigen Stellen angebracht, da es mir etwas zu viel weiß war.
Ich bin zu 100 Prozent zufrieden mit dem Fahrrad und liebe den Doppelmotormodus.
Der Kundenservice ist nett und vor allem schnell, falls man Fragen hat.

Ein paar Worte zum Duotts N26.
Es ist ein sehr schönes Bike.
Ich hatte leider bisher noch nicht die Zeit es umfänglich zu testen.
Für mich bietet es einen hohen Fahrkomfort, das mache ich hauptsächlich über die 26x 4" Räder aus.
Phantastisch das Antriebssystem, es wird ein enormer Drive nach vorn entwickelt.
Große Klasse auch die Kombination Tretkurbel/ Pedale- Gasgriff.
Ich bestsaune auch die Technologie des Rahmens/ Fahrwerks. Ich würde sagen Minimalistisch, aber alles erfüllt seinen Zweck.
Und die Duotts Ap zeigt tatsächlich den Standort des Bikes an. Das erschwert bestimmt Diebstähle.
Dieses Bike bietet auch viele Möglichkeiten an die individuelle Anpassung.

Le prix du N26 est plutôt intéressant, et j'ai même obtenu une réduction, c'est génial ! Une fois qu'il sera installé, je serai prêt à prendre la route immédiatement. J'espère vraiment que ce genre d'offres continuera à l'avenir.
Not even a month passed so this review is kinda early, but I used the Duotts N26 extensively in both road and dirt and has performed great.
The bike rides great, has insane accelleration, it's comfy, has great breaks and it's so gorgeous people will literally stop you to compliment it.
First time buying an electric bike and had an amazing experience. Customer service was on point, happy to answer any question I had at all. As for the bike itself it rides like a beast. Has big monster wheels for any terrain. It is perfect for me doing uber deliveries in my city. Also travelling to my girlfriend’s house and back (12km journey) is very quick and enjoyable. There is only 2 things I have to say about the bike. 1. Assembly: assembly of the mudguards is very tricky because there is no instruction. They also forgot to include a crank screw for assembling the pedal that doesn’t come oyt of the box assembled. I had to purchase separate screw for €6 to keep my crank arm and pedal on. I’d also love a bit more upgraded battery, when paying this much for a bike, an extra 1 or 2 hundred euro really doesn’t matter if I get better battery. The battery lasts around 3-4 hour for me doing uber deliveries (much less if I’m using full throttle only) I want to purchase additional battery but none in stock. I hands down love the bike though. Super enjoyable to ride and very good value for money. Couldn’t recommend this company enough.
J'adore, il est puissant et un look atypique, un vrai bonheur dans les bois, les sentiers.Je trouve les suspensions trop dures et la selle trop larges car ça frotte le haut des cuisses quand on pédale. Il est pas fait pour pédaler. Si non,il passe et monte partout avec ces 2 moteurs, la boue ça passe aussi c'est génial !
I've had the bike for a short time, I mainly use it for commuting to work, but I'm happy with the performance so far, and the overall construction is solid, and I like the design of the bike. It's hard for me to rate the battery life because I ride quite hilly sections that I would have difficulty handling without the assistance of 2 motors. I charge it about every 2-3 days. (The manufacturer also states on its website that the battery life depends on the terrain and the weight of the rider) The delivery time was longer because the bike was on pre-order, but when I wrote to support, they always replied to me within a few hours about the status of my order. It's my first e-bike, so I have nothing to compare it to, but overall I'm happy with the bike and the store's communication ✌️

Mon fils et moi avons chacun acheté un N26, et nous commençons à rouler ensemble chaque jour pour aller au travail, c'est vraiment très pratique. Demain, c'est le week-end, et nous prévoyons de partir en balade à vélo ensemble, en attendant de nombreux moments agréables à vélo !
Este prima mea bicicletă electrică. Sincer să fiu, aduce ca stil de mers mai mult a motocicletă decât a bicicletă. Am deblocat viteza și merg cu ea cu 50 km/oră. E interesant dar trebuie atenție sporită și echipament corespunzător...cască, mănuși, etc. Una peste alta, o experiență interesantă!
