Our warranty covers all new e-bike manufacturing defects for 2-year from the date of purchase. If it meets the maintenance standards, we will repair your electric bike and bear all related parts, costs, and labor costs. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.
Free Shipping
We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.
If the product affects the normal use of the bike within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.

Which bike size should I choose?
Your ideal bike size depends on both your height and your preferred riding position. If you prefer a more compact and agile feel, a smaller size may be more suitable. The Duotts C29 is an absolute beast! The 750W motor gives incredible acceleration, handles steep hills easily, and reaches a fantastic top speed. The 29-inch wheels provide a very smooth ride on all surfaces, and the battery life is great. Unbeatable value for moneyâhighly recommended!
I noticed some features are downgraded at c29L compared with c29.

Very happy with the C29L. I have put around 230 km on it in 2 weeks. A inconspicuous, fast bike, perfect for the countryside here, where the public transport is quite bad and expensive. The front suspension is adjustable and lockable. Very good for some light off roading.
My experience with the customer service was excellent. Friendly and helpful. They're a serious company who keep their promises. Hopefully my next purchase will be the S26 dual drive, once the legislation in my country will be a bit better. I really love this environmentally friendly "new" mode of transport. I save gas money, get exercise, and get to really enjoy the beautiful countryside around here this summer.
Great fun in coastal ireland with very versatile and comfortable bike...great performance...range affected by hills and wind so probably half the advertised. Good smooth ride...pity the brakes are a real let down..get hydraulics!
Itâs a really amazing bike. It helps me commute faster. The only problem Iâve had so far was a little grinding noise on the rear view and I think it was the brakes touching the brake pad. It was an easy fix better than that. Itâs a great bike. Iâm glad I bought it.
Honestly, i have nothing to say except its a good bike i like all the safety feautres and the soft throttle start . I use it every day and each day i like it more and more.
Great experience so far. Package arrived on time, assembling took me 2h. Everything fitted well and seemed of good quality. So far I've done 3-4 20km excursions.

Rides smooth, wheels could be a little better aligned, but thatâs an issue for another time, i donât understand why my bike came with a simple rear light which doesnât act as a brake light too .. iâve seen it on youtube for the C29 model, i donât think it was the Pro, or the lite, the normal c29 rear light was split in 2 & half of it acted as a brake light, whereas mine is just a simple rear light, constantly on, which works just fine, but yeah .. no brake light sadly
The bike is as expected, decent value for money, though took two weeks to arrive after order. However, it preforms poorly out of the box and needs adjustment,especially the brakes that need immediate replacement for a bike or this weight. Spacers are missing from the front calipers, resulting in uneven wear on the disc and bad braking effect.
There is also a speed wobble as soon as I take my hands off the handlebar. After 500km I have a slow leak in the rear tube.
DUOTTS e-bike exceeded all my expectations. Incredible performance, comfort, and style all in one package. Itâs easily the best e-bike Iâve owned, and Iâm already looking forward to countless summer adventures with it. Worth the price without a doubt, I absolutely love it! đ«¶âïžđŽ
