Recommender Guidelines

  3. Earn Points: Each time someone purchases an e-bike through your referral link, you'll earn 5,000 Duotts points to use for future purchases.
  4. Maintain Good Standing: Ensure you follow our guidelines by not engaging in chargebacks, disrespecting our team or community, unsafe riding, or other violations of our Terms of Service. Violations may lead to disqualification.
  5. Referral Points Timing: Points will be credited to your account 30 days after the referred friend or family member places an e-bike order.
  6. Referral Points per Order: You will receive 1 referral point per qualifying order, not based on the number of e-bikes purchased in a single order.

  1. Eligibility: New customers only; current e-bike owners or existing customers are not eligible.

    Make a Purchase: Use your unique referral link to complete the purchase.
