If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.

Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). Very happy with the C29L. I have put around 230 km on it in 2 weeks. A inconspicuous, fast bike, perfect for the countryside here, where the public transport is quite bad and expensive. The front suspension is adjustable and lockable. Very good for some light off roading.
My experience with the customer service was excellent. Friendly and helpful. They're a serious company who keep their promises. Hopefully my next purchase will be the S26 dual drive, once the legislation in my country will be a bit better. I really love this environmentally friendly "new" mode of transport. I save gas money, get exercise, and get to really enjoy the beautiful countryside around here this summer.

Po najazdení niekoľko desiatok kilometrov na bicykli Duotts C29 môžem povedať, že ide o veľmi vydarený elektrobicykel s výborným pomerom ceny a výkonu. Mám novšiu verziu, ktorá už obsahuje hydraulické brzdy, zadné brzdové svetlo a ďalšie vylepšenia oproti starším modelom. Počas používania som absolvoval niekoľko cyklovýletov, jazdil som po asfaltových cestách, štrkových úsekoch aj lesných cestách a bicykel ma zatiaľ nesklamal.
Najväčšou prednosťou je podľa mňa zadný 750 W motor, ktorý poskytuje dostatok výkonu aj pri stúpaniach. Motor pomáha plynulo a prirodzene, takže jazda do kopca je oveľa jednoduchšia a menej únavná. Pri jazde v lese alebo na dlhších trasách je elektrická asistencia veľkou výhodou a umožňuje si jazdu viac užiť. Výkon motora je dostatočný nielen na rekreačné jazdenie, ale aj na svižnejšie výlety po rôznorodom teréne.
Veľmi spokojný som aj s 15Ah batériou. Pri rozumnom využívaní asistencie ponúka veľmi dobrý dojazd a bez problémov zvláda aj dlhšie výlety. Počas mojich jázd som nikdy nemal pocit, že by ma batéria výrazne obmedzovala. Samozrejme, dojazd závisí od terénu, hmotnosti jazdca, počasia a úrovne asistencie, no celkovo hodnotím výdrž batérie veľmi pozitívne.
Ďalším plusom sú veľké 29-palcové kolesá, ktoré poskytujú stabilitu a pohodlie na asfalte aj lesných cestách. Predná odpružená vidlica pomáha tlmiť nerovnosti a zvyšuje komfort jazdy. Shimano 21 stupňové radenie funguje spoľahlivo a umožňuje ľahko nájsť vhodný prevod v každej situácii.
Nové hydraulické brzdy predstavujú oproti mechanickým výrazné zlepšenie. Brzdný účinok je silný, dobre dávkovateľný a dodáva istotu aj pri vyšších rýchlostiach. Oceňujem tiež zadné brzdové svetlo, ktoré zvyšuje bezpečnosť pri jazde v premávke alebo za zhoršených svetelných podmienok.
Príjemným prekvapením je aj predné LED svetlo, ktoré poskytuje dostatočné osvetlenie na večerné jazdy alebo návraty z výletov. Nie je to len symbolické svetlo na splnenie povinnosti, ale skutočne pomáha vidieť cestu pred sebou.
Pochvalu si zaslúži aj prehľadný displej, ktorý počas jazdy zobrazuje všetky dôležité údaje, ako aktuálnu rýchlosť, stav batérie, prejdenú vzdialenosť, zvolený stupeň asistencie a ďalšie informácie. Všetko je dobre čitateľné a ľahko dostupné počas jazdy.
Čo sa týka výkonu, bicykel bez problémov zvláda rýchlosti okolo 50 km/h (v závislosti od podmienok a nastavenia). Zároveň je možné nastaviť rýchlostný limit na legálnych 25 km/h, takže si každý môže bicykel prispôsobiť podľa miestnych predpisov a vlastných potrieb.
Počas mojich výletov sa Duotts C29 osvedčil ako veľmi univerzálny bicykel. Nie je určený na extrémne horské zjazdy, ale na lesné cesty, cyklotrasy, poľné cesty a každodenné jazdenie je podľa mňa ideálny. Ponúka komfort, výkon, slušný dojazd a modernú výbavu za rozumnú cenu.
Záver
Duotts C29 je podľa mňa jeden z najlepších elektrobicyklov vo svojej cenovej kategórii. Výkonný 750 W motor, dobrá batéria, hydraulické brzdy, predné aj zadné osvetlenie, prehľadný displej a pohodlné 29-palcové kolesá vytvárajú veľmi podarený balík. Ak hľadáte elektrobicykel na výlety, dochádzanie do práce alebo rekreačné jazdenie v prírode, Duotts C29 určite stojí za zváženie.

Rides smooth, wheels could be a little better aligned, but that’s an issue for another time, i don’t understand why my bike came with a simple rear light which doesn’t act as a brake light too .. i’ve seen it on youtube for the C29 model, i don’t think it was the Pro, or the lite, the normal c29 rear light was split in 2 & half of it acted as a brake light, whereas mine is just a simple rear light, constantly on, which works just fine, but yeah .. no brake light sadly

The bike is as expected, decent value for money, though took two weeks to arrive after order. However, it preforms poorly out of the box and needs adjustment,especially the brakes that need immediate replacement for a bike or this weight. Spacers are missing from the front calipers, resulting in uneven wear on the disc and bad braking effect.
There is also a speed wobble as soon as I take my hands off the handlebar. After 500km I have a slow leak in the rear tube.

It is verry good bike. The claimed maximum speed of 52km/h can be reached only with fully charged battery above 90%. With pedal assistance you can have constant 45km/h for a long term.
If you are using 180mm space brake rotors and have bought hydraulic brakes, on the front brake space adapter a distance washer of 3mm should be added, because the brake pads are seating too close to the center and are aligned off the working area.
The controller is almost locked and for low speed the PAS on 1st level is too aggressive. In general the bike is verry good.

Après 1 mois d'usage reçu le 23 mai et plus de 1000 km satisfait de ce vélo très puissant en monté après il a quelques défauts que l'ont peut améliorer avec le changement de certaines pièces pour le rendre vraiment très efficace après ça reste un vélo a moins de 1000euros mais il fait le travail j'ai eu un soucis avec le freinage hydraulique qui est arrivé séparément mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre

Overall, I am happy with the bike. I had some issues with the original tires, which I had to replace with higher quality ones, and I also encountered a few problems with the rear rack bolts. Additionally, there is a 'grinding' sensation coming from the bottom bracket (crank axis). However, I am still investigating if this grinding noise is coming from the bottom bracket or the rear motor hub. Generally speaking, the bike seems to operate normally and it is quite powerful.

When i stop pedalling it runs abouth 2 seconds in full speed and it is pretty dangerous. I don't know why this is hapenning, is it malfunkcion or something else? Everithing else is great, battery great, beutifull bike. I am planning to buy F-26 if i could get some good discount because i already have 2 of theese 😁
