Niestety, pierwsza przesyłka z ładowarką uległa uszkodzeniu z winy firmy kurierskiej. Firma Duotts zaproponowała wysyłkę kolejnej, za którą poniosłem koszt transportu w wysokości 20 euro. Niestety, ta przesyłka również do mnie nie dotarła, a problemy wynikają z działań tej samej firmy kurierskiej, która uszkodziła poprzednią. Firma Duotts uchyla się od odpowiedzialności w tej sprawie.
