Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in the UK, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.

1000 mile review C29 ebike

This is a fantastic bike, great sitting position and comfortable seat. The motor makes it easy to get around and up the local hills where I live.
Even after 1000 miles the bike just keeps going without any issues.

Duotts c29

After watching many YouTube videos, I decided to purchase one, for my travels to work. I am so glad I did! Great bike for the money. The bike arrived really quickly, assembled in approximately one hour and once the battery was fully charged, I put 100 miles on the bike within three days! All expectations met! Upon opening the box, I noticed a small crack on light/horn mechanism and got in contact with Duotts. Amy @ Duotts replied swiftly and arranged an replacement. So aftersales is excellent too!

After getting guidance from customer support on how to unlock full power, I’ve found the Duotts C29 to be an exceptional ride. It’s energetic, playful, and simply a joy to handle. Both my wife and I own one — hers suits her perfectly at 1.60m and 50kg, and mine fits me just as well at 1.86m and 96kg. The riding posture is incredibly comfortable. Unreal — the C29 turned up within just a week, which was incredibly fast. Packaging was excellent. One of the pedals was slightly damaged, but I contacted support and they sent a replacement right away — it reached me from China in under 10 days! After covering over 130 km, I can confidently say the bike is top quality, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

I haven’t had the chance to test the bike yet, as I'm still waiting on delivery. That said, I’m really looking forward to its arrival, which I expect very soon — fingers crossed for Monday or Tuesday!
