●After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have authorized your credit card to make the purchase and are preparing your order for shipping.●Once we receive your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and ready to ship immediately.
●If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will contact you by email.
●If your item can be shipped immediately, we will submit the shipping order.

If a product develops a serious quality issue that interferes with normal bicycle or scooter use while under warranty, we will return the items and issue a refund; if there are minor defects, we will give appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the e-bike/scooter must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the display, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) and in its original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will process all refunds upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise. We will notify you via e-mail of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we process your refund within approximately 48 hours and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
DUOTTS' returns and exchange policy only applies to original consumers who purchased from DUOTTS authorized resellers. Non-original consumers (like second-hand owners) do not enjoy DUOTTS’ returns and exchange policy services.
If consumers modify the parts themselves, the bicycle’s return and refund policy will automatically become invalid.

What should I do if my goods were damaged upon delivery?
We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported to DUOTTS within 14 days of shipment arrival. This applies to all products. DUOTTS may request additional documentation (such as video) to assist with accurately diagnosing the problem and processing the warranty claim.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible after we receive the returned products. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail and process your refund within approximately 48 hours.
