If a product develops a serious quality issue that interferes with normal bicycle or scooter use while under warranty, we will return the items and issue a refund; if there are minor defects, we will give appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the e-bike/scooter must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the display, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) and in its original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will process all refunds upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise. We will notify you via e-mail of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we process your refund within approximately 48 hours and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
DUOTTS' returns and exchange policy only applies to original consumers who purchased from DUOTTS authorized resellers. Non-original consumers (like second-hand owners) do not enjoy DUOTTS’ returns and exchange policy services.
If consumers modify the parts themselves, the bicycle’s return and refund policy will automatically become invalid.

What should I do if my goods were damaged upon delivery?
We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported to DUOTTS within 14 days of shipment arrival. This applies to all products. DUOTTS may request additional documentation (such as video) to assist with accurately diagnosing the problem and processing the warranty claim.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible after we receive the returned products. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail and process your refund within approximately 48 hours.

The bike is very good, but the display broke after 280 km
Comme quoi, il faut toujours attendre avant de mettre un commentaire. Le moteur arrière fait un gros bruit de claquement. Pour info j'ai 62 ans et ne fais pas de tout-terrain, seulement des pistes cyclables en ville et forêt. Le vélo n'a que 57 km. Je suis très déçu. Ne jamais faire confiance au influenceurs. Mon choix s'était porté sur ce vélo après plus test de différentes personnes. Je regret mon achat. Vélo en stand-by après 2 sorties 😞🙁

Notre F26 est très adapté à la conduite en ville et en forêt.Dans diverses promotions, nous avons également indiqué que l'autonomie en mode électrique pur est de 50 kilomètres.Si vous utilisez le mode auxiliaire, l'autonomie peut atteindre 100 kilomètres.

Hello everyone. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought this may be helpful to some since we did a lot of shopping for the perfect bike for us. we just moved to a neighborhood with a few fairly steep hills. Our old mountain bikes were too much work to get back home, and we found ourselves going biking less and less. we do very mild off road biking, so don't need a 5k bike. We purchased a DUOTTS F26 last month, and it took us a while to learn the dual motor. It requires the rider to paddle and not rely only on the throttle on steep hills. I called service, and they were able to educate us on proper use of this bike ( very helpful service) After about a month, we decided this is the right bike at the right price for us, and we ordered a 2nd one. We received the 2nd bike 3days ago, and already have almost 20 miles on it. I can see our range is going to be extended significantly. Today we went on a short flat trail ride much different feel than our old non-electric bikes. so far, I recommend this bike.
