If it meets the maintenance standards, we will repair your electric scooter/bike and bear all related parts, costs and labor costs. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your scooter/bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.
    • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.
    • If the product affects the normal use of the bike or scooter within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a refund; if there is a minor defect, we will offer appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.

    J’ai reçu ma trottinette neuve dans l’emballage mais quand je veux l’allume elle s’éteint au bout de 2sec j’espère que vous réglerez se problème car je suis très très déçu mettre 1500 pour un produit qui ne marche pas

    The scooter is great. It is very strong and fast even with a weight of about 100 kg. Only the height of the handlebar could be higher because with my height of over 190 cm it is a bit too low. Overall, I am very pleased with this scooter and I recommend it to anyone who is more experienced.

    Trotinette très agréable à conduire, un plaisir! Meilleur compromis très puissante plus que la TI30

    Trotinette reçu carton en excellent état mais siège défectueux donc impossible de le mettre, un peu frustrant, de plus, j'ai un voyant Bluetooth qui clignote sur l'écran, et impossible de trouver l'application qui me permet de connecter la trottinette, car dans bluetooth ça me demande d'installer une application pour pouvoir l'utiliser (2eme photo) à part ça côté technique rien à redire, sincèrement très content de mon achat et dans l'espoir que mes deux problème soit résolu

    oh my god the scooter is a freaking BEAST don't let the images fool you its much larger than it looks!
    The power it has is insane, its massive! for its money is worth it!
    i did a test drive of 2 hours, the feeling of driving it, its good it feels stable but i havent tried it on huge speeds yet.
    i tried duel mode and turbo and i barely could keep my grip from the instant power it has.
    5/5 so far so good
    in the pictures my height is 1.78 you can clearly see how huge it is lol
